As an independent brand, we focus on making clothes responsibly, in small batches, and with attention to the people behind them.

We collaborate with selected suppliers who align with our values—prioritizing safe working conditions and fair pricing. While we started out producing only in Portugal, we’ve expanded our network of trusted suppliers across different regions. This allows us to work with specialized partners in different categories—while still prioritizing quality, fair pricing, and ethical production.

Our collections aren’t rushed. Months of refining go into every piece—adjusting the fit, perfecting the details, and making sure it’s something you’ll actually want to wear over and over again.

Unlike mass production, our approach is community-driven, focusing on creating pieces that resonate for the long term.

There is always room for improvement, and we are constantly exploring new ways to make responsible choices while ensuring that our garments remain accessible to as many people as possible—so our community can continue to support and enjoy what we create.

LIMITED PRODUCTION, LESS WAST

We don’t mass produce, and we don’t sit on piles of unsold stock. Every collection is made in limited quantities, keeping things intentional and reducing waste from the start.

Fashion isn’t perfect, and neither are we, but we’re always looking at how we can do better. Our goal is to create fashion that lasts, not trends that fade.

FAIR PARTNERSHIPS

We work closely with a select group of suppliers, focusing on fair pricing and responsible working conditions. Our production is built on long-term relationships with people who take pride in what they do.

PACKAGING THAT CARES

All of our orders are packaged in recyclable materials, including both garment bags and mailers. We aim to keep packaging minimal while ensuring your pieces arrive safely.

PEOPLE MATTER

Minga is built by the people who bring it to life every day—from our in-house team to the creatives, makers, and everyone behind the scenes.

We believe in fair wages, good working conditions, and a professional environment where work is valued, and people have the opportunity to grow. Our workplace follows ethical guidelines to ensure fair treatment and alignment with labor rights standards. This commitment extends to our suppliers, who are expected to uphold the same principles in their practices.
